Gea bakery mission is to offer people intolerant to gluten, top quality bakery products made with the purest natural ingredients, gluten free, wheat free, GMO free and preservatives free.

We have meticulously avoided the usage of chemical preservatives that offer nothing to health and negatively affect taste just to ensure long shelf life. If we would do so, we would harm the taste and it would not be in harmony with our quality ingredients such as bourbon vanilla, Belgian Callebaut chocolate, extra virgin olive oil a.o.

Our offering is a natural taste proposition that is why all Gea bakery products are packaged in protective atmosphere without the usage of any chemical preservatives. This enables them to keep their natural taste for you to enjoy them. They are truly like home made. Our bread is dispatched to you on the same day it has been baked. It will reach you within 3-5 days from baking and dispatch, maintaining its nice structure and taste. Such quality products need a little bit of care so that we can fully enjoy them.

Here is what you can do: 

 

Bread 

If you start consuming the bread on the day of purchase,

it is better to keep the remaining of the loaf out of the plastic bag,

in a cool and dry place.The bread will maintain its structure.

If you are to consume the packaged bread on a later day from purchase,


 then we suggest that you keep it in your freezer.

When you want to consume it, just leave it for about 2 hours out of the freezer so as it gets room temperature. 

 

Suggestion: Even if the bread gets a bit dry, try to toast some slices in your toaster.

You will realize that they recover their nice texture and fluffiness and you will enjoy a fine taste.


Cakes/Muffins

If you start consuming the cake on the day of purchase,

it is better to keep the remaining of the cake out of the plastic bag,

 

in a cool and dry place. The cake will maintain its structure and taste.

 

If you are to consume the packaged cake on a later day, then we suggest that you keep it in your freezer.

When you want to consume it, just leave it for about 1 hour out of the freezer so it can get the room temperature.

 

 

Pan di Spagna

 

Best keep it in your freezer until the day of usage. Leave it about 2 hours out of freezer to get room temperature.


 

Biscuits-Cookies

They can stay either in their pack or even better out of the pack

in a bowl or jar container for many days.
