Greek Bruschetta

What you ‘ll need

• 3 slices of Gea bakery Brown Bread Loaf Sliced
• 2 medium mature tomatoes
• 100 gr feta cheese
• 1 small green pepper
• Black sliced olives
• Salt
• Oregano
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Onion (optional)


 How to….

• Wash the tomatoes and the pepper and cut them into small pieces.

• Put them in a bowl and toss with olives, olive oil, salt, oregano and feta cheese until they leave flavor.

• Take the slices of Gea bakery bread and toast them in the oven.

• When your slices are browned well put them on a platter and garnish them with the mixture.

• Finally coat your bruschetta with oil.
