Bruschetta with Tomato & Basil

What you ‘ll need

2 slices of Gea bakery White Bread Loaf Sliced

2 medium mature tomatoes

2 fresh basil leaves


Extra virgin olive oil

Garlic (optional)

How to….

• Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

• Put them in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and basil until they leave flavor.

• Take the slices of Gea bakery bread and toast them in the oven.

• When your slices are browned well put them on a platter and garnish them with the mixture.

• Finally coat your bruschetta with oil.
