Meat balls

What you ‘ll need
  • ½ gr minced beef meat
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs bread crumbs (Gea Bakery)
  • 100 ml milk (otherwise you can use water)
  • Parsley-mint
  • Salt –pepper

For frying

  • Extra bread crumbs for topping
  • Sunflower oil


How to….

  • In a small ball, you mix the bread crumb with the milk, and you wait until the crumb absorb it
  • In another bigger ball, you put all the ingredients and you mixed very well. For better result put the mix in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • In a deep pan you put in the sunflower oil and you start making the meat balls which you topping them with the bread crumbs.
  • Fry them in both sides
  • Have  a plate with a napkin to put them, when they are ready
