Food storage guidelines:
Before opening, keep in a cool dark place.
1. Refrigerate in plastic packaging tightly closed for 5 days. We recommend that you heat it up in a toaster so as to regain its springiness.
2. Freeze for up to 6 months. Keep it sliced for better and faster defrosting.
